BENGALURU to HONG KONG Cathay Pacific Economy class flight 2023 | Immigration process, visa, sim

We went from bengaluru to hong kong in june 2023 for a 6 night 7 days trip. We went to several amazing places in hong kong as well as in macau and will be covering them in this series. In this video though I will be showing the process to reach hong kong for indians from bengaluru. How is the immigration process, what all we need to buy when we first land in hong kong and also be doing a review of the economy class seat of cathay pacific airlines.

Hello What if the place of issue is Bangalore on the passport. And in PAR application they only have Bengaluru to choose. Would that really matter as they both are the same? What was your experience. Thank you kindly.

Dont think that should be an issue if you cannot select anything else. My PAR has Bengaluru

Hi - Did you face any issue? I have the same problem. It is "Bengaluru" in the PAR website while I have the place of issue as "Bangalore" in my passport.Thanks.

@aujwalyaj Hello, I got in touch with Hongkong immigration on 30/11/2023 and they suggested to select the other place/ other place outside india (specify below) and type in exactly as it appears on your passport. In my case it was BANGALORE. I have successfully received my PAR after this step. And I am travelling on 22nd of December. Hope that helps. Thanks

Thank you so much for your reply. This helps so much. In my case it is BANGALORE too. If we select 'Other places within India', it doesn't let us type the exact place name, but 'Places outside India (Specify Below)' does. Is that okay ? @@Sach-j2o

Cathay is without a doubt better than indigo but ya it is expensive. So depends on you if you want a better experience or a cheaper journey

Enter krne dete par aapko return ticket on the spot krni padti,Sir Return ticket is mandatory or onward ticket agar aap vha se khi or ja rhe ho.

Apka jo PAR document hota h, uske printout pr sign krke le jana hota. That document acts as your visa.
