Can I just say I love how they did the returning bosses They are still original new fights with references/parts from their debut fight, plus they are ALL SO EXPRESSIVE AND WELL ANIMATED, im also very happy how the returning bosses have their old voices back, and the new ones have really expressive voices and personalities and their new fights are fantastic as well, this I consider the peak of boss fights

I love how... In the original Astro Bot, the octopus was defeated by pumping water into its mouth, causing it to explode. In this game, its mask now has a protective door on the front of its mouth, to prevent that from happening again.

I thought that the returning bosses would have some factor that before, in Astro Rescue Mission, was the reason for their weakness. Like, I thought Mighty Chewy would have metal teeth since he lost them all in the previous game. Other than that, I'm glad they didn't bring Shark and Spider from the previous game to give the VR game more exclusivity.

It's just me or was bosses gotten pyschial injuries for each rounds and health percentages were rare in nowaday video games? It's satisfying to seeing the main bosses in Astro Bot suffered noticeable injuries and shows damages as rounds kept going. Astro Bot was PEAK! Mighty Chewie Both of his eyes were bloodshotted after beaten up, eventually even shows electric sparks by it. The final segment having to shatters his rows of teeth and then knockout his troat by ramming towards it. Presumably the least shown pyschial damaged boss, given mostly eyes and mouth was damaged. Wako Tako The same level as Mighty Chewie's but somehow the second. Their face area was presumably getting pushed as their goggles getting punched twice as Astro punch towards them like a slingshot. And then both side of their goggles (attached at the side of their heads) getting instantly punched, and then the final blow outright knock their side of their head out twice. And after the chase phase and the final round, their eyes were badly damaged that their eyes were bleed translucent red below their eyes, later utilities by Astro to slowly pull it (nearly pulled out their eyeballs) for the final knockout. Lady Venomara Her golden eyelids falls off, losing fangs as she active her drill tale, her tail armour shattered, received a brutal momentum of her diamond beard accessory presumably rigged her lower jaw, her tounge violently pulled up and her headgear was instantly damaged. The final blow was getting punched again from the lower jaw, straight up fly up and crashlanded, cue her digestion spat out the treasure from her mouth because of the entire fight result. Mecha Leon Even more steams and heat he unleashed, even more of his paint and his eyelids were falls of it's colour, exposed metalic parts. His ulvura was defeated like a punching bag 3 times, completely making him overpain so much that his mental stun down. The final blow having his nose ring pulled out instantly, causing him flies away from the branch and presumably having slammed from the golden floor twice before his flight out. Falcon MyFly The impact from Astro's stomp ain't gonna protect your brain, Falcon. And also the impact was so bad it's resulting a cranial erruption from the inside of the helmet and it's bulge out instantly after the helmet was shatted. The final blow outright having their head bump violently punched, causing it losing balance, brain assault and falls instantly back to their nest. Nebulax The only main boss who wasn't a robot. He's gotten bloodshot eyes, heavily darken and bruised eyelids (thanks to all of his backfired attacks was focusing on his face), having half of his body turned orange with rage and bruise and outright gotten a bandage above his head as the rounds going by. And the final round outright shows him only has 3 teeth remaining after his saucer blow up toward his face. Finally, the ultimate knockout was outright having the ship he throws toward the Bots instantly backfired him, INSTANTLY CRASH to his FACE AND HEAD, making him overstun and leads his saucer to be shoot overload leading his ship was broken then it's energy created a disaster vortex.
