Man I loved everything about this! I used to live in Aberdeen for a while until covid and walked through the Bon Accord mall & past Marechal square everyday to work, this brings back great memories! I always loved seeing street trials, but having seen you ride once inspired me to buy a clapped out fourplay and give it a go. Having started way too old I suck and forever will, but man am I glad I started. Cheers

@@BenTravis We all really appreciate the content Ben, I know it's not just a trials rider thing, but seeing such pillars of the community all putting out great clips, riding together and cheering each other on/lifting each other up is just great. Doesn't matter if you're 14 or 40 it's the effort that's recognised and evident in the output. Mr. Travis. I was wondering which magura brakes those were? I was thinking of putting MT5s on my mod, but if the single pot brakes are good enough for you I could save some money and go with those.
@BenTravis7 күн бұрын
Hey dude, i've got a bit of a Frankenstein brake, however, I run MT6 calipers and MT sport lever bodies with HC3 levers fitted. I don't think Magura do MT6 calipers anymore but I believe the MT4 is the same. I've ran this set-up for about 8 years now and never had any problems with hold / bite. I find that the MT5 / MT7 rubs a fair bit more and is harder to set-up than the single pot brakes :). Hope that helps.
