When I went to Benidorm,on our first day, with my late friend, by the time we got to our self catering apartments from the airport, it was raining torrential buckets. As we were watching from our covered balcony, we were thinking of the poor people on the beach, as it came on suddenly. It did not last long, and it was just spits and spots after. 😅

This is a great episode! FUN FACT! Pauline did NOT down that pint! It was camera trickery. It's on the extras on my DVD, a bloke downed the pint, and the actress mimicked his movements, and her face was imposed over his! 😁 Pauline really does play a good drunk! I love how she includes elements that most TV shows miss! The inappropriate behaviour which feels innocent when drunk, I MEAN TALKING TO MICHAEL!!! Not the OTHER kind of "inappropriate behaviour" 🤣🤣her face as you pointed out near the end! That's a textbook face of someone that is so drunk that they're just entranced and coasting along. It makes me a bit uneasy because it took me years to find my limit! I have been very daft and irresponsible after a few, because I didn't know where the line was. I remember once I called a bouncer at a club a fat wanker and he pinned me against the wall 🤣 all because I took a Kopparberg bottle outside when I wasn't supposed to. I remember once walking so far from town, completely off my nut, getting lost, and I could NOT see my phone screen to call a taxi! My eyes wouldn't focus, so I ended up begging some overnight builders for a lift, obvs they didn't help me 🤣I got a phone on contract, and the same night I went out, got wankered and fell onto my pocket, literally bent the phone! Ahhh man I've been so beyond fucked it's a wonder I'm still alive! 🤣I remember going to my work's do when I worked for Sainsbury's... the store manager, the big boss, had a casual chat with me while I was heavily gone, and to this day I cannot remember what was said! 🤣I've had more snogs pissed than I have sober 🤣and that includes the snog count of the year-long relationship I was in! I was a MONSTER years ago! I'm SO glad we didn't know eachother because you wouldn't have liked me 🤣 But yeah, overall, a great reaction! Michael's little romance is heartwarming, I knew you'd "aww" at it! My only concern is that the little girl looks about 6 🤣🤣 the 80s night episode is a good one! Looking forward to that! 😁

@@MJBStories see that’s where you and I differ, I don’t know why or how but ever since the first time I got drunk I’ve just always been able to manage myself just as much as is necessary and needed to make sure I never do anything that I end up regretting the next day. I’ve never had any sort of mess to clear up the morning! No inappropriate kisses or passes, no fights with or decking anyone who didn’t earn/deserve it, no brushes with the law, no outbursts or emotionally charged tirades. You know I am NOT the sort to compliment one’s self, my self esteem is nonexistent, but the one attribute that can and will assign myself proudly is that I am a good drunk! (Blimey talk about scraping the bottom of the whiskey barrel for good points about yourself eh! 🙄😳🤦🏻‍♂️😄😬)
