@@lukecoverdale3861If you find an accurate weather forecast for Benidorm let me know. I would say they are 50/50 on tomorrow and completely rubbish after that.

It was the worse rain I've ever seen. The water came through the wall in our house. The neighbour's house got flooded, cars got washed away, as well as the beach. Several days later the beach was repaired.

Wow!!! Luckily our apartment was above the flooding. I saw people trying to cross the road by the roundabout outside the Ricon McDonalds. It was 0.5 meter deep and had a very fast flow.

It came and went very quickly. For 30 minutes, all the surrounding roads became fast-flowing rivers heading to the sea. Most of the area for up to 500m inland (possibly more) have pebbles, gravel and sand piled up where the water met some resistance in its journey. In the video, you can see the water rushing down the road to the left and onto the beach.

Go to my live stream now and you can see repairs to the beach are already underway. A small crowd has assembled to watch the tractor reclaim back the sand out of the sea.

I urge you to check out last night's feed at 00:44:00 to around 00:45:00. I was checking out the night time view of the beach when I noticed something weird...look to the skies above at that time and tell me what you think of the 5-6 orbs flying around. I tried to clip that minute of the feed but couldn't. Instead showed it to my wife and daughter....very weird!

Just wondering if there is a problem with your live cam at the moment as it looks darker as if you have a dark filter on the lens?

It is a little overcast right now. But you are right, the real sky is brighter than the live feed. I am in the process of trying to find the best single set of camera parameters that work well for night as well as day. Please bear with me while I figure this new 4k camera out.

The beach teams are very quick to repair the beach. They start almost immediately after the storm has passed and work through several nights until it is complete.

Scary indeed. It's a shame Benidorm's beach is no longer natural due to crowding and erosion. It has to keep being replenished.
