I consider my dog part of my family, I lost my first doggie from illness many years ago and until this I still miss him. I remember going to the vets office where they did all they could for him and I bawled as if it was a child I gave birth to. It's callous that someone would find it so easy to murder a pet. Kristi Noem needs to have charges brought up on her for killing animals and plain cruelty to animals. That puppy she claims she killed it for behavior problems. first off it was a puppy and that is the same as a baby. 2nd of all they have a thing called behavior animal professionals and this was unnecessary. You don't go around acting in animal cruelty and killing cause she couldn't conform or control this baby puppy or any other animal. Animal control not only needs to charge her but take all her animals.
