Benincà Training: How to change TO.GOVA code type

Transmitters of the TO.GOVA series are equipped with a double code, namely Advanced Rolling Code and standard Rolling Code. However, it is also possible to use a mixed code: buttons T1 and T3 with ARC code, T2 and T4 with HCS code. In this tutorial we are going to explain how to switch from one code to the other and how to use the transmitter with mixed code.

Hello Yosep, no, these two models are not compatible. You can use the TO.GO.AK remote control. However, we recommend you to contact your trusted installer in order to check the control unit settings and confirm compatibility with your system.

Yes of course, this is a solution but now the control unit no longer sees the old TO.GO.AK remote control. It depends on your needs, however we are happy that you were able to manage it.

TO.GOVA remote controls have 2 types of encoding available, HCS rolling code 64 Bit and ARC rolling code 1258 Bit. The encoding in the automation was chosen at the time of installation. Using HCS coding the cloning procedure from remote control to remote control is not provided. Direct storage on the control panel or the remote binding procedure to be carried out near the automation (if enabled by the installer) are provided. If ARC coding is used instead, a cloning procedure between remote controls is possible using the "new" remote control model TO.GO AK.
