Hello, your tutorial was helpful. I have a small question, let's say if I have only one button "1", but I have two text fields. Based on which text field my cursor is pointing, Is it possible to display 1 on pointed text field ? (out of two text fields)

Hi, thanks for the tutorial. Instead of passing 'm' value, can you please explain/show how I can pass and plot a user-specified data array for plotting. Basically, I have multiple data arrays (let's say from input u1,u2,u3 to output y1,y2,y3) and each time I run my GUI I want to choose the data set (for example, u1 vs y2 or u2 vs y3 etc.) for plotting. Should I use drop-down or list box for selecting my data sets?

Hi Hakan, Thanks for commenting. You can do this in many ways. You can use a drop down list, use buttons or radio buttons. A drop down list would look very neat and you can simply do an if statement to plot different data sets depending on the selected value in the drop down list. For example: if app.DropDown.Value == "u1vy2" plot(u1,y2) if next condition plot(u2,y2) else if next condition plot(u3,y3) end All the best!

Hi Akram, Make sure you are using the correct syntax. I suggest double checking the capitals, so for example .Value should have a capital V and so on. All the best!

Do you have a callback defined that you would like to reuse?

@@theone3746 If you click on the widget, and then go to the coponent browser, on the bottom, you'll see Inspector and Callback. If you click Callback, there'll be a dropdown menu, where you can select existing callbacks.

Summary: Instead of clicking on a ui object and adding a callback, right click it in the component browser on the right and choose "select existing callback" to set its callback to another used one.
