To the people disagreeing with the price. I own the non regulated wooden stock version (kratos) and you can pick it up for $550-$600. Same 42FPE, excellent parts and quality. Now, what price point would you like to see with this version? For me i think a solid $750 is a decent price. Let me know im curious.

It's so hard to find an honest airgun review, it's refreshing (and educational) to watch your reviews. A few questions I have: what's the barrel length? Is it choked? Do you think 54 fpe is all you can get or maybe more with a full tune and adjusting the regulator? Personally, I'd be interested in a Gunnar if it could shoot 25 grain .22 cal slugs at 950 fps +/-.

FX must feel quite blessed for all the manufactures who continue to make there own versions of the CHASSIS gun . Im sure this is good gun at half the price of an FX ? Myself not a big fan . I will take wood and metal anytime . Its nice to have options other wise we would all be driving FORDS . 😁

Money aside between this and the armada. 25 which is a better buy accuracy and power

They are very equal in accuracy. The marauder had some adjustability but the Gunnar is regulated. Add some weight to the hammer and some extra spring tension and go with the Gunnar. Cheers AGW
