Benjamin M257 (testing)

Finley got to test the Benjamin m257! I feel this can be a great gun with a little more testing and I definitely plan on testing some more.. sorry the video is a little long but what can u do🤷..

I don’t find my bulldog M357 to be particularly accurate either.I think the originals were more accurate than this magnum series.still good enough to hunt though

I think Airgun Revision makes a custom .257 that's regulated, and it looks pretty good, and you get 10 shots at 1000 fps with a 68 grain. I just don't like unregulated airguns. The only one I like was my AEA Standard Big 9 because it was consistent. If I only feeled to 3400 psi, I would get about 6 shots with a spread of about 40 fps.

I've noticed with my Pocket Chrony that if you start the chrony and then aim in a different direction, then the direction you start it in, it tends to not work.

Personally I wouldn't go with the HP max 35 for deer.. but if I are dead set on it I would take the gun to 4500psi and get a heavy solid. Maybe 150gr. I did use it to take a deer myself but I stayed in the 50 yard range and under..

In general Benjamin products are very poor quality specifically Armada, lots of plastics, super cheap materials, for $750 I could of buy something way better than that, Don’t waste your money on Benjamin.
