Nice video Ben, Those Volvo's are starting to get a name for themselves over here for reliability and being a good price. I know its a silly question but what was the purpose of the hole as it didn't look as if they were about to demolish those flats or was it a case of 'rising damp'.

Well, they built an underground parking garage for the residents.

Sensible thing to do, - not only gets vehicles off the streets, or ugly mass parking areas, but also gets them out of sight. Rather like the old 'cut and cover' method used instead of tunnelling.
