YT finally blessed me with this video. Gorgeous whip! I’m a whippet owner, correction, whippet slave. I am owned by two whippets, 8 and 8.5yo. I see that your vid was 2yrs ago. Has your gorgeous boy made it past their raptor / T-Rex phase? With mine it was like a switch was thrown and one day they both became whippet shaped angels.

Cute fellow. We've had whippets before. The whippet I first had as a kid was Sweep, & I just had to put down our whippet Basil in late May, a month before his 13th birthday. Both were wonderful dogs.

Benji looks just like my Lyra, but the resemblance ends there! The first 3 weeks with her were a nightmare, she was SOOOOO naughty. She's a lot better now, at 3 years old.

I just got an 11 week old whippet, waiting for DNA but she looks exactly like yours! She and my nine year old Jack Russell are really hitting it off! But I’m exhausted after a week 😂🤣

Aww Benji is 10 months old now and is 100% whippet. Enjoy Your pup I bet she’s lovely. They do get calmer I promise.

I have a whippet, one year old 😍 is good you have other dogs at home, because they are so attached to their owner. Mine having issues when I leave home, unfortunately I can't get another dog

The whippet puppy is beautiful. Hope that we will see more videos of Benji. He seems to like eating grass. Does it make him sick or is it only playing with it?

Thank you for your comment. He is just playing with the tufts of grass and spits it out, however many dogs choose to eat grass without any issue. It’s thought to be good for them and doesn’t make them sick.

Not something I would do with a whippet pup, but something I have been doing with my two whippets for years now, in well open areas when it is just us. Their recall is great and the bond with me is strong.
