I was on dialysis for 4yrs, 10hrs per night 3 nights a week in the hospital to stay alive, I worked 7days a week as I was self employed and I made chronic kidney disease live it’s life around me and not me living my life around chronic kidney disease. Positivity is the only way you’ll beat a disease like that. I’ve had my transplant 10yrs this New Years Eve 🎉 that young man has the perfect attitude 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 kick its ass mate 👊🏻

If he needs a kidney I would recommend hydration. Drinking hydrating juices instead of water. Maybe even juice fasting. Going on a raw plant based diet. No sugar, no salt, no oils. This has helped me. Coconut water and watermelon juice are my favorites for hydration.

I talked my Mom who then talked her brother and sister on keeping my Grandpa's house that was paid off, and worth around 225k. I told them it's better to fix it up (they have plenty of money to do that) and rent it; vs selling it. If they sold it, yeah they each get around 65k now... but if they rent it, they get that money each month; and it will always be worth what it is or more, and they can make money and then sell later....

I hope the young gentleman with the Kidney dialysis reads this. Growing up I had a friend with a similar issue, he was on the list for years. He started working with his dad in the construction business until his dad messed it up and lost everything in the recession. He eventually found a donor kidney, received it, and is doing GREAT! Since then he has gotten married, has a child, and entered the Police Academy and passed, and a few years later became a detective!! Stay strong, you got this!
