I went there in 2013, while there were still building the new confinement structure, so you could still see the original building. It was so creepy to think how different things were just 30 years before, especially while standing at that memorial right next to Reactor 4, but like you I had an amazing experience. We didn't eat at the hotel, like you, we ate in the staff canteen right in the middle of town opposite the memorial with all the town names..... where the footage of the tanks rolling into town this week was taken from. It's so sad to see what's happening out there now. Ukraine is an amazing country, and I hope the pain is over soon. By the way, what you said was the restaurant's name is just "restaurant" written in the Cyrillic alphabet :)

My dad was 18 living in Poland when this happened. Pretty much everyone had to drink some anti-radiation thing to somewhat protect themselves from the radiation.

Love travel and love experiences. 46 countries and counting for myself and the country that heightens the senses like no other is India. I understand it’s been done before but certainly would be an eye opener for you and your viewers. Your demographic would be blown away I think with some of the “challenges” you could set yourself. Accommodation from cheapest to most expensive in India would be an eye opener! Same with food. Friendly people who would look after you from the moment you set foot in their country. I work there regularly in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam ( your thinking to yourself “where the hell is Visakhapatnam!?!” because I done the exact same before I started working there!😂) so if you need any advice let me know. Thanks for your reply and keep up the good work.
