Every business has a first step, you always have to do SOMETHING to start. This is what I did. In one of my first steps ever starting a recruiting agency, I cold messaged potential clients on Facebook. Yes I literally COLD MESSAGED RANDOM FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGES ON FACEBOOK.
That is what I'm showing in today's video....
So if you are that person that doesn't know jack about what you're doing and you're just trying this out and getting started let me give you the run down on how this methodology works and what you need, which is very simple.
1. A DOMAIN NAME- Hey so before you create a G-Suite OR setup a website, you need to buy a domain, like a website domain that you'll have you website hosted on, obviously this is going to be your company name, so again referring back to my basic rules, don't think about this for longer than a day or two max, but don't jump the gun after an hour of thought. Don't make it too niche, don't make it too generic, not too long, but not too short. At the end of the day people seriously don't care what your business name is, they're buying you and your services so it could be GCWU SERVICES SOMETHING SOMETHING, and they'll still be interested in YOU and what you have to offer not the name, but ....make the name relevant, let's be smart here. Use domains.google/#/ to buy your domain name, easiest user interface to connect with your g-suite and eventually your website provider. I believe a generic domain will be $15/annually on google domains. FYI.
2. G-SUITE EMAIL gsuite.google.com
I think the cost is now $12/month, but this an absolute MUST. Having a professional email that says ben@mycompany.com is EVERYTHING. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. If you approach someone today with just your gmail or a hotmail address they'll instantly assume you're from a random country asking for money. period. Get a G-Suite address (no they don't pay me for pushing this, I'm just telling you YOU NEED IT).
3. Get a LOGO. This is so insanely easy it's not even funny, www.fiverr.com has the most incredible creators from all over the world that can make you anything from a logo, to a T shirt brand, to a song, to copywrite for anything, logo's on fiverr, if you find the right person are literally anywhere from $7-$15 out the door. One of the easiest investments you can make, just tell them the wording, tell them a little bit about what you want it to look like and they'll design up a few mock ups for you to check out, the greatest thing about fiverr is if you don't like the logo you can communicate with the designer directly to change a few things. This is HUGE.
4. Website - Okay in all honesty a website is a pretty big deal, but if you're seriously strapped like have zero money, you can wait, but www.wix.com or www.weebly.com are the go to's for this. Packages stat at like $12/month for a full fledged website with a billion templates to choose from, you can put together a professional website in like 20 minutes by just typing up some info about your company and adding a few touches and connecting your domain (they provide you with instructions on this)
SOOOO simple math tells me that all in, if you buy a domain name, get G-suite setup, buy a logo, setup a website, you're ALL IN AT $51 in total. The only recurring monthly charges are $12/mo website, $12/mo g-suite and $15/annually to keep your domain name. That means for $51 up front, and $24/monthly you are a full fledged flying high professional business ready to make six figures in no time, (hopefully less than six months like I did), EASY.
So, I HIGHLY recommend you take those first steps before getting everything up and running and yes I will be doing some videos on how to go through all of these things as this might seem foreign to some of you as it did me, when I entered into the world, but you know how I learned? By watching videos and reading descriptions like this where someone lays it all out clearly!
So once, that's all in place....you can create your own template or use one of my templates if you message my facebook page / recruitingacademy and I will literally give you the exact templates and contracts I use, so long as you obviously change some wording and enter in YOUR client names and such etc.
At the bottom of the template, you'll then want to copy me straight up and put
Your name, title (president, principal, founder)
phone number
email
linkedin
website
(logo below)
THEN - go to town messaging on FB!
