This was Moscow right? I can’t believe State of Trance have done 1000 events !!! That’s crazy when u think how many other MASSIVE organisations have at one time been off the charts and seemingly would go on forever only to run into problems of some kind and have to stop or merge or some even change so much they’re a shadow of their heyday. I’ve been to a few of these - and his ARMIN ONLY events at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht too - literally using only his own popularity to market the early events - it worked and is a powerhouse of an organisation now. Way back in 1996 I went to my first ASOT event - was easily one of the best nights of my entire life.
