You have to appreciate how great they both are to have broken through and to be held in such high esteem as Lennon & McCartney, in what has always been a predominately USA/UK music market. Lyrically Bjorn is superb and Benny's music is more complicated than most Beatles songs. They are, in my opinion, the best songwriting partnership of all time. I am so relieved that I was old enough to have lived through their music. Great days back then.

I've been a fan of Benny's forever, and watching him interact in this video? It was priceless. I love how Benny and Bjorn pick at each other. That shows true friendship that lasts forever. (I'm still laughing over the ABBA-ration segment of the video. What a hoot). Randy McDaniels, TLC.

In 2008 Benny got an honorary doctorate from Stockholm University for his contributions to the Swedish folk music tradition. Not bad for a guy who dropped out of school at 15. I guess his grandfather got a pretty good return on that accordion he gave Benny when he was 6.

BeerNotPizza they only sing in swedish. But this song have both English and swedish lyrics because it was released in uk. So that was only at one occation they performed in English

@serundipity Benny and Bjorn are both fluent in English and can speak it almost without accent. Frida also speaks English well but I don't think that Agnetha ever really knew it. She had to do the songs phonetically and in her rare interviews she sounded like she was using memorized dictionary responses. She was so smoking hot and charming though that nobody cared.

Bjorn and Benny were never true men they were simply boys who left their wives in the moment Agnetha and Frida needed them most! Very sad story. I think most of ABBA fans are very disappointed in Bjorn and Benny.
