So nice. I remember Al Jazzbeaux Collins would include various artists versions of "Rose Room" as a semi-regular part of the Purple Grotto. It must have been one of his favorite songs - though i never heard him mention it as such. "..yeah, Rose Room there. Rose ROOM.. with Benny Goodman and the band. At three minutes past the hour of three here on KCSM... And this is official Grotto Daylight Savings time according to the purple calibrated candle. The grotto only gets about a minute and a half of daylight...and that's early in the morning and only if the back door happens to be cracked just so... So any light saving way of fashioning the time is always gonna get my vote." AJC, 1992.
