Daily Contact prayers is the beginning to living in the spirit and waiting to hear from God at all time when we pray.
Prayer is a communication and a communion with the Father by the help of the Holy Spirit. Prayer must be routine, fervent and enjoyable time to spend with God.

Dieing in the flesh mean when sin dies out from the flesh than the spirit will take over and you will be filled by the spirit and led by the spirit, sin is what defiles and is the blockage for the spirit.

Read Romans 8 and Galatians 5. 16. Pray Holy spirit will open your mind to understand for God is a spirit and you can not come to God in the flesh for flesh is polluted with sin only through the blood of Jesus that God over looks our sin, Jesus did his part by nailing his flesh on the cross in the physical, we will do it in the spiritual way by saying no to sin till sin dies out from our flesh . self-control is the key to use to say no to sin.
