Dame gave Yeezy that shot, hence why in the 'Through The Wire' vid you can see Dame giving him the Roc chain, yet Jay is nowhere to be seen in that vid. It was funded by Yeezy, no help from Jay, hence the low quality vid. Jay fell and supported cause Yeezy buzz started rising.
