How does the scaling look on the Mac as the aspect ratio is 16:10 ? Please

The text might look big, cuz it’s a 2k monitor at 24”. You usually want 24” 1080 for macs. I believe this is right.

@dabexter I just got the 242q and hooked my MacBook up. I'm coming from the iMac m1 so used to a 24in screen but the scaling will take a bit of getting used to . I figured it would be ok because I mostly use for photo editing. Or do you recommend getting 27in instead for better scaling?

@@sherrikrams6786 2.5k or 1440p is best for 27" screens. This is still a good monitor but because the standard for screens is 16:9 and not 16: 10 you will see black bars is most applications, which can be annoying, but because this is neither 1080p nor 2.5K, you will get issues with scaling regardless of if you have the 24" or 27" model. I suggest you use this and try to get used to it. However, I am not an expert and I also suggest you contact customer care for more accurate information
