Without wireless charging....it gets pushed back a bit....but considering the one plus blunder series of launches this year....this looks good. But overall I think mi11/mi11pro give the best bang for buck.

I really enjoy Vivo's approach making the ultrawide great too Next step would be to improve the 2x zoom. 50mm is in photographer's eyes the most versatile focal range, so I hope they will give it a bigger sensor and OIS.

Question! Can you turn EIS off with the wide? It still has that problem when you pan, the skipping is really annoying @3.22 . I really wonder how low of a shutter speed you can go with this. 1 second? 2? Without any night mode, manual. Think I'll hold onto my OP6 for another year, but I really do believe VIVO will be my next phone, curious bout Android updates though... Any promise? And can we root it? I'm so behind the times heh.. Excellent review as always Ben. I looked at the x50 last year and nearly bought it but this is definitely a step up. I think I might actually go for this this time around as I'm not happy with my battery life on my Sammy S20 plus. Top job mate. I've read your piece on it as well on XDA. on the: non-night mode night mode: amazing stuff, a bit like Huawei does its normal cameras gimbal ultrawide: tops off the camera system very well, I see. leather back: holding one right now and yes feels good on the hand. On the summary/breakdown/advice part: I just like how you put things into a market perspective (maybe I'm biased because that's also how I feel for purchasing decisions) great vid btw. Might buy a vivo phone too (lol)

Given only the camera capacity, in terms of still photography, how does this one fare against a P40 pro+, especially when not using night mode? Isn't the ultra wide lens a bit comparable on the Huawei P40 Pro? As I'm using currently this model over here in Europe, I would love to know your opinion, as you had many models in your hands. wow, thanks for creating this! have been looking for reviews on ultrawide video features on smartphones and yours is great! the reason for being specific on ultrawide video is because i'd like to record my games on tennis and badminton courts and edit the videos after. Would the vivo x60 pro+ be a compatible device for such an activity or is there another smartphone that would serve this purpose better? my games are usually outdoors and played either day or night time. Would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding this matter!! Thank you again for making this video, saved me so much time from being on the interwebs

i used to record my games with huawei p30 and would hang it on the fence behind on record but realised the video quality at night time suffers especially on 1080 60fps setting. So am looking for an upgrade for this particular purpose

Won my Sub Ben. I use the Vivo X50 Pro for YT vlogging as it's super convenient + builtin gimbal on the main. Will upgrade to X60 Pro+ as soon as it hits Bangkok , mostly for the ultra-wide with gimbal f/ 2.2 for daytime and use the f/1.57 main with OIS for night shooting. Hoping the intnl version also has the new Pixel shift technology. Next review request, Insta 360 Go 2 vs DJI Pocket 2? (need a new action cam;) Cheers

I have one question it's the pro + model of series it's good they gave ultrawide gimble system but in real world main camera is used more often so not having gimble on main sensor gives you any trouble whie clicking photos or making videos ?!
