Exploring the future of design is what happens at Milan Design Week and Fuorisalone every year.
In April 2024, we were right at the heart of it, for the second year running, to showcase cutting-edge design concepts, celebrating the fusion of evolution and innovation, steering the logistics industry towards new horizons.
Our exhibit rooms unveiled the cream of material handling. We presented a couple of prototypes that redefine industrial design, including a 3D-printed, AI-powered specimen.
To enrich the visitor experience, Italian street artist Ennio Sitta, aka Bensone, used two hand pallet trucks, one white, the other black, as his canvas. The two personally customised Toyota hand pallet trucks were exhibited at our Fuorisalone booth in Via Tortona.
The street artist from Modena passionately explains how the project - in collaboration with Toyota Material Handling Italia - stems from an affinity of values. Toyota's philosophy is almost Renaissance: putting the human being at the centre of technological development, especially at a time when technology is often scary, to create tools that improve people's quality of life.
At Toyota Material Handling, we're not just lifting products, we're lifting possibilities.
The future of design starts right here!
