That is a big hernia. I had same...After suffering thru years of pain which never goes away - I finally got surgery done. It was a great instant relief, but then I got a 2nd hernia soon after, which I just went thru years without surgery. And after like 10 years of discomfort and pain, it finally felt normal again. If given a choice, I would definitely do surgery...it is just instant relief and nowaday, the surgery is very minor, so you can go back to your normal life the next day.

I have a severely herniated disc and had for years. I tried everything for pain and nothing worked until I found Aleve. TRUST ME, two Aleve and after an hour your back pain will disappear. I have told other people with back pain and they have come back to thank me.

Jet I have the exact same thing a herniated disk, L4 too. What helped me a lot was sleeping with a pillow between my legs and sleeping on my side. Also suction cups and acupuncture helped a lot, definitely try those methods.

Yo I currently have THAT SAME INJURY on my right size. The therapy was ok, but really stretching out my spine helped A LOT! I couldn't even walk 10 feet without the shooting pain burning my leg, now I have no pain but at times I still feel it. At this point its either surgery or live with it and hope it goes away.

Good luck with the back pain jet, not to be negative but my wife has the same thing and did therapy everyday, unfortunately her doc just scheduled a surgery because therapy wasn’t helping. Good luck and hopefully it doesn’t get worse 🙏🏽

I've had a herniated disk. I actually ironically got it from running a lot. At first they thought it was stress fractures to my pelvis cuz I could barely walk...try to do lots of back exercises and I hope you feel better 🙏

For you back pain, get your Vitamin D level checked, if its low and you start taking Vitamin D supplements, you will notice significant improvement. You will need to take high does of vitamin D however, which are usually prescribed. All the best!!
