The build looks beautiful. A pro tip on the glue with wood dust though; if you mix the dust with the glue you can make a wood filler paste that will match the wood. It's a little easier to spread in order to fill all of the gaps.

What an exquisite built, very nice the contrast between the walnut and the golden accents of brass and custom paint. You did a great job, just a shame that the bending is still showing flat spots in between grooves, maybe next time you might want to try stems bending whole boards and using strong clamping onto curved mdf templates to make it super smooth 👍

you'd be surprised how thick of boards you can bend with a good steam box. Otherwise, veneer walnut glued together to the desired thickness is another good way of creating a desired bend. Though loving the look of the pc!@@mxcbuilds6633

Okay, this is the most beautiful custom PC build I have ever seen. Your strict attention to the smallest and most minute details is just incredible! The patient router work, with the Brass insert pieces is superb, and the Brass insert strips fit perfectly! I also love the detail on the motherboard strips where you took the tedious time to make that 48 small tape strips to tape off the gold "STRIX" lettering. Also the small wooden accent pieces on the motherboard just add to the whole perfect look! I've built quite a few PC's for work, while working for companies, as well as for myself and family and friends, but I've never done anything like this. Such an incredible build! Thanks for filming and documenting this and sharing it with us!

Kerf you can get a pretty seamless kerf bend with no gaps by mixing the sawdust from the kerf cuts and wood clue then filling the gaps before you lock in the bend angle, just be ready to clean up the glue/dust mixture that squeezes out. It'll be extremely strong, both methods are completely valid though. When you were doing the routing, put a scrap board of the same thickness on the outside of your walnut piece and cut from that center line you routed through the piece, it would have stopped the blowout. I'm really surprised you didn't break that bit though, I've used one before and they are very fragile with harder woods like walnut/maple/oak/cherry, etc. The end result of your build is amazing! Love the look and overall techniques. I would have loved to see some custom PC cables in black/gold and cut to the right length to avoid the extra cables. I'm a PC builder and woodworker so this fits that niche, might have to give making a custom PC case a go!

Beautiful case and great workmanship. In woodworking videos I have seen when wood bends are done they typically cover up the kerf slots with laminate, although you likely considered this idea already. Another would be to have used black epoxy for the glue up, maybe just at the edges, which would have contrasted nicely. But it's beautiful regardless, you must be super happy with it.
