With Brock's Hypercharge, it is actually better to super then use your Hypercharge after so your regular super gets the stat boosts, and does not become a Hypercharged super. Edit, even in Heist, you deal more damage with his regular super. You just need to aim slightly below the Heist safe with where it shows the middle of the super.

A tip for sandy is that the heal star power is much better as the heal can be very useful for helping you escape situations and for pushing and the damage isn’t that high for it to be that worth it and nobody gonna step in sandy super if they not dumb
