Should there be more weight for my teenagers? I don't understand why you weight it.

Thank you for your comment! I weigh the bento to make sure there's enough portion for my toddler who doesn't know how much is enough for herself yet. For teenagers, I don’t think you need to weigh the food. You can use a rough ratio of Carbs: Protein: Vegetables = 1:1:2 (plus some fruits and healthy oil). 😊
