I did this once didnt really see a difference in my hair. I use on my face about twice a month though. I do acv soaks every 6 months they work great.

im glad i watched to the very end because this is the same issue i have; after acv rinse out and dries i see all the build up still :( so i am going to get this anti residue shampoo you suggested, i've seen others suggest it as well. but you also said you would never use the taliah waajid co wash any more but it was still on ur suggest products on the amazon link in the description. im just super glad i watched to the end to see that you dont recommend it any more.Did the anti residue shampoo work well to get rid of the build up the clay brought to the surface?

Do you wash with acv and baking soda? My boyfriend's locs are REALLY THICK, he has the thickest hair I've ever seen. Idk what to do with it and I wanna help lol. I just don't know where to even start. He interlocks with his hands, no hook. They've gorwn out alot. Im scared to get baking soda stuck in his hair so I haven't helped him with it yet 😂

Please send help! I used the clay mask to detox my locs and I now have pieces of clay stuck in my locs. 😩😖 I believe that the clay is now stuck to the buildup that I was trying to get rid of. Instead of removing the building up, it has now changed the buildup from a dull color to a much more noticeable white color. Do you have any tips for fixing this problem? Thank you!

yvline noldz yes do an acv rinse it literally hard pieces of clay in your hair. I was in the shower for 30+ minutes removing it!

I did this on my daughters locs and the amount of dirt was unbelievable! Except the next morning there was MORE build up! Did it not rinse properly???? What did I do wrong??

I would say you need to do another rinse. Be sure to deep condition after! Then in a month do an acv detox to soak it out!
