"Price doesn't move, it aggregates" - Rob Smith What if price is $1.00 now and $0.90 in 5 minutes? it moved down 10 cents in 5 minutes. That's my universal truth. Price moves over time in response to supply and demand. Yes of course there's a seller for every buyer, but only when agreement is reached on the price and that depends on supply vs demand of the item in question. If there's demand for 100 shares and supply of 1000 shares, sellers who truly want to sell will have to lower their price, or be stuck with unsold shares. So of course price moves.

Yup. I’ve been trading off of supply and demand zones. It makes sense. And you can easily see it work over and over again. This Strat shit is utterly irritating. Anyone who thinks it simple to trade according to it isn’t knowledgeable enough to realize how complicated it in fact is. They don’t know what questions to ask.

@@CalebJNelson Yes, to trade well one has to understand the whole candle(wick & body) in context with the preceding candles and price flow. The strat candle number only describes the candle's range relative to the preceding candle, which is a superficial description without the other data. eg a number 3 candle as a big spinning top (small body in middle of long wick) has very different trade implications from a big engulfing candle( big body &small wick).
