Great Podcast guys,,,Im 15months off 4 year use of klonopin,,,,,the awful symptoms have gotten worse as time goes on,,,do you think its at least worth it to go back on say low dose valium at this point? Do you have any clients that have been off for a long time only to go back on and find relief? The dizzines and muscle symptoms are almost unbearable to live with,,, TY for your help

I tore many tendons and ligaments due to muscle weakness induced by benzodiazepines. I’m mostly bedridden now.

I’ve torn my knee twice. Once while tapering and once after I was off 2 years. Make sure it’s not dystonia from the benzo. I realized that is why I’m tearing things. Definitely muscle weakness too.

Help!! I took Valium for about 2 weeks for sleep and its been 23 days and still showing up in my drug screens. What can I do to get it out of my urine??
