Delicious and smooth green bean milk - One more secret to help milk stay fragrant for a long time that few people know
Ingredient
500g skinless green beans (scoop out about 5 tablespoons)
300g Rock sugar (if drinking with ice, 350g)
250g Condensed milk
2800ml filtered water (of which 1.8 liters to boil beans, 1 liter to cook bean milk)
440ml Unsweetened fresh milk (can be replaced with coconut milk)
400ml Pandan leaf juice (grind from 50g pandan leaves + 400ml filtered water)
½ teaspoon Salt
