വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന വളരെ Tasty ആയിട്ടുള്ള രണ്ട് നാടൻ പപ്പായ recipes ആണ് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ. ഒരു പാട് vitamins (A,C & E) ഉം Fiber ഉം Anioxidants ഉം പപ്പായയിൽ ഉണ്ട്.Fibrin കണ്ടുവരുന്ന അപൂർവ്വം പച്ചക്കറികളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് പപ്പായ.Fibrin ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് blood clot ആയി Heart ൽ block ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതും അതുവഴി stroke ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതും തടയുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് പച്ച പപ്പായ കഴിക്കുന്നത് heart നെprotect ചെയ്യാൻ വളരെ നല്ലതാണ്.
ഒരു പാട് ഔഷധ ഗുണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും Pregnant ladies ഇത് കഴിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. It might trigger uterine contractions, leading to early labor in pregnant ladies.
