Well they are called Beluga _WHALES_ so that should give you a clue. Beluga and Orca are like diametric opposites. Beluga are tiny whales and Orca are huge dolphins.

I work at the second largest aquarium in the world, so I know the reason why. We have a 33 year old male Beluga there named Imac, and he has a bunch of loose flabs all around his underside. The reason for that is because he used to be severely overweight. In his original habitat off the coast of Alaska, the water there is very very cold and he needed the extra blubber to stay warm. But the water at the aquarium is warmer so it was unnecessary body fat. He quite literally lost 1000 pounds (450 kilograms) and is now at a very healthy 2000 pounds (900 kilograms). Well, healthy for a Beluga bull anyway. However, a beluga’s skin is around 100 times thicker and tougher than a human’s. While this is great for preventing cuts and other injuries, it also means that the skin is not elastic like ours. When a beluga loses weight, the loose skin that used to filled up by blubber stays stretched out. That’s probably why this beluga is so squishy and jiggly, because all the stuff that the trainer is touching is loose skin from weight loss since the whales don’t need that much blubber with warmer water.
