Every Thursday these sessions be coming for my eyebrows y’all. Got them sweating off. I never post comments like ever but I feel the need to do it. Grief is supposed to be in stages/phases not a STATE. How do you know your grief has been prolonged? Know how to properly place people. We all have a chapter in our story that we don’t want to be shared out loud. Galatians 6:1 Before you spill tea on them, REMEMBER they can do it to you. Pastor Jerry Flowers, you just saved my life and destiny! Been here since 2020 but I sort of took a backseat this year (I felt everything was slow including God's promises). I stopped listening, prayer life and word study life low but I am getting back (thank God for mercy and grace). I am in East Africa, something woke me up, I wanted to pray so I turned on my KZbin for some worship songs and found you live. Although some 30 minutes into I started watching at around 4am. I’ve said I’m done with people and men cause I always get hurt but it’s because I placed them in the wrong place or picked the wrong people to be close with/date so I’m learning. Last guy I dated didn’t work and that really sent me into a place where I’m focusing on myself and if a man comes along and isn’t heal or willing to heal I will not waste my time or energy with him and rather stay alone😭. I’m also a lover girl so I love love, love helping others, gifting others, doing things for others without them having to ask. I’ve never had anyone in my life who have shown up for me without me having to beg/ask and it’s hurts but you can’t expect someone to show up for you if they don’t even show up for themself so I’ve been showing up for myself and loving on myself so that I will not lose myself when I give to other/be there for them🥺

Amazing. I am new to mental health and I work for a place that runs groups. I just discovered Therapy Thursdays on here and what is really interesting is I just so happened to get assign Thursday group sessions for my job which is "Therapy Thursday" I feel like God has me on a journey for ministry and this is my training ground. These messages really help me prepare my mind and the messages I give my clients. I can't openly bring God into it sadly, but I agree ENTIRELY that God will heal the soul. Everyone knows I am a Jesus person though so I pray the seed is planted because God is who can heal these clients soul. He healed mine. I was stuck for many years and he called me and my entire perception of life has changed. I believe in everything again. God, love, hope and God has shown me his incredible strength to carry me through storms. Storms that my own mental health caused. I love it. Thank you blessing me ❤
