Ok this is to clear something up. The giggling that was heard has been in there for a while. It happens when the ghost interacts with the stuffed animals that are in the room. If you take a picture of the stuffed animals after the giggle you will get an interaction photo. Also if you want to increase the chance of hearing the giggling place the stuffed animals in the ghost room and remove all other items. This is rare to happen but if done right you can hear it. I don't think the ghosts room was in the nursery for 2 reasons 1. There were 60 degrees temps in that room 2. His stats say his total time in the ghosts room was 4 minutes 39 seconds, and that's around half the time he was inside the house (pause the video at 15:23) Please do not hold me to this because I might be wrong
