How the knifes work is that they are faster versions of the huntress's throwing axe, but you need to land 7 or 8 to damage them. The lines show how much knifes have hit u so far

It takes 8 hits to injure, then another 8 hits to down. The laceration meter "heals" over time (starts at 15 seconds. So if enough time passes the knife hits mean nothing. He is far from OP, he is the weakest killer. Main Event is a crap power.
