I’ve had sleep paralysis for 2 years nonstop and have been in a mental health hospital for years now, One of my many stories which I find terrifying is the one about Angie and Annabelle Angie and Annabelle are two of my spirits that hang around me nonstop, one night I was peacefully sleeping and it started off with my hand on my throat and bleeding on my wrist. I tried screaming and nothing came out, so I tried standing up but I was being held down by something. I can see out of the corner of my eye Annabelle (not the Annabelle in the movie) but my Annabelle in her high chair with her jaw dropped and she’s bleeding incredibly from her face. She wiggles out of her chair and stands next to me and she starts screaming. Next thing I wake up properly with Angie in my desk chair dead silence, usually when I wake up she taps on my wall. That’s one of my many stories :))

SLEEP PARALYSIS EXPERIENCE: Ironically, I've had sleep paralysis except with Slender Man. I was out of body, watching my self from my window and I could feel stuff from my body even though I wasn't in my body and I just felt something appear to my right and something else at the edge of my bed. I don't know what was the thing at the front. My consciousness was screaming for help but couldn't do anything then I went into my body, felt Slender Man grab my hand and it was total black, then.... I just woke up, just like that at like 3 AM. I had an extreme headache all of next day. How's that for proof for you, Bere?

PIXIEEE I had sleep paralysis too. And my weird "dream" is that my eyes open a bit and could not move at all couldnt even breathe and a weird tall skinny bloody elf standing over my body and I was sweating and panicking but I couldnt move, breathe, and talk. I couldnt even close my eyes and when i could feel my finger twitch it all disappeared and it was gone. I was sweating and my head was spinning. Edit: The thing's face was flashing in my face and I felt like I was staring into a bright flashlight blinking and cant close my eyes. Felt like I was getting blind bit by bit. Terrifying. It happened again in vacation when I was drifting away to sleep in a car ride and I couldnt close my eyes. That's when I knew it was happening again but I couldnt move at all. My sis asked me something and got mad at me cause I wasnt saying anything and she didnt believe me when I said I had sleep paralysis the entire time and couldnt hear her after 3 seconds of it. I was staring out at the window and like multiple girls from The Ring was in fields of grass staring at me and everything went black and white. Until my toe shook and I was back and took the biggest breath of my LIFE. Please like so I can share my experience to pixie and others.😭😭✌

Ive had it before man it sucks. I was waking up from camping and I tried to move my arm and was stuck my eyes are open and everything I felt something looking at me when I felt something crawl on my bed. I looked down with my eyes and I saw a black figure and it just gave me this cold stare. When I finally woke up I say straight up and looked where I was looking before, nothing. About the sleep paralysis thing, back when I was around 10-12 years old, I used to live in this one house and I would frequently have sleep paralysis. Like I'm talking 3-4 times a week. It was awful. But since I moved out years ago it hasn't happened again. It's actually terrifying and there's so many different things your body can do and feel.

With my sleep paralysis I have control over my eyes, I can open them and close them, I tend to always keep them closed because when I get sleep paralysis I can’t help but always think about something scary, and with sleep paralysis it’s not always about what you think but what you feel, you’re subconscious will take in the emotion of how you’re feeling and in order to make since of the state of being your body is in, it will add a hallucination. The feeling the hallucinations give off are very life-like, some people often wake up with headaches saying that there Hallucination hit them, and some like me wake up with just scratches, which too me can be highly coincidental, but for the most part sleep paralysis is very real, and only has the power to scare you if you let it, sleep paralysis is no different than lucid dreaming, once you control you’re emotional state during the experience, it’ll end faster

Honestly, sleep paralysis sucks but what is worse is actually leaving your body with the ability to move around, but your body is in the same place. I've been through that and I can not explain how terrifying the first time it happens. Sleep paralysis is where your awake, but your body is sleeping which makes it unable to move. I believe it is the opposite of controlling your dreams.

My little cousin had sleep prolasis. And we were sleeping and my cousin saw a weird figure with red glowing eyes and he was scared out of his mind. I had one too when i had it i was looking at and all i see is my closet door slowly opening and closing and then i see on the cornor of my eye creepy hands covering my mouth and eyes i was so scared it happen when i was 12. I just gotta say.. Before I go to bed, I usually control my dreams, ik it's not lucid dreaming, but there was this one dream I had when I was younger. I usuallly had that dream sometimes and it was like a my little pony dream. You could chose the light or dark side. It would choose dark automatically and go to a forest. It was pretty creepy and when I had that dream this year, it would have creepypasta characters as ponies. One of them, Eyeless Jack, would chase me, then I would run into Jeff the Killer, then I would have to talk to him. I don't remember anything else adter that, besides me seeing a pony Slenderman.

yes i have experienced sleep paralysis. there was a time when i was in 4th grade and i wake up and i have shortness of breath, i can’t move and i can only move my eyes. what i saw was a knife rise from the bottom of my bed and stab into my sheets and then what came up absolutely terrified me. it was my imagination that made jeff the killer but scarier than the creepy pastas. he was driving the knife across my neck and it was switching between jeff and then these people with masks that were from the purge. i remember being stabbed in the chest and when i woke up it hurt to take deep breaths for the entire day.

Yes, sleep paralysis is a very real thing. I actually have very bad sleep paralysis. Almost every week I have an episode. It’s the same exact thing that happens. There’s 2 girls my age and they always want to play ring around the rosie with me. They wear like these long denim dresses. They’re twins as well. I don’t answer and I can’t move or get up at all. They talk to me like I responded but I didn’t, and then they turn into this one muscular white thing and it has no jaw and it’s eyes are huge. It crawls over to my bed and it either sometimes stares over me and does nothing or put its head over my stomach and move it’s head back and forth like it’s about to bite it but it can’t. Then I’ll wake up with a very bad headache then later I’ll get a bad stomach ache. It’s not a fun thing, trust me. It feels so real, and the struggle of not being able to move or do anything just makes you want to cry and cry from being overwhelmed and afraid. Sometimes I don’t even go to sleep because of it. But yes, I hope no one here has to have it as much as I do

I had sleep paralysis before- I think about twice I’m pretty sure it happens due to lack of sleep and I don’t sleep enough so that’s probably what happened. But the first time I had it, it was s c a r y. There’s also other reasons why it can happen. Like stress, jet lag, sleep deprivation, etc. I remember “waking up” but I couldn’t move and I instantly started panicking like, why can’t I move? I’m awake. But like explained, you’re conscious but you can’t move or you’re not really awake. Anyway, I see to the side of my bed is this tall, shadowed out figure. Like really tall and he was just standing there in the corner of my room. He starts walking towards me very slowly and raises his hand as if he was about to put it on my face and right before his hand went onto my face, I woke up. It was really scary- but I said to myself- That was scary but kinda fun. (I like being scared sometimes I hope that isn’t weird.) And that I wanna experience it again. So i dId But second time wasn’t that scary. I was in my gigi’s (grandma) car. I fell asleep then “woke up”. It was really hard to breathe as if someone was pushing on my chest. Then I woke up, went back to sleep, and went right back into sleep paralysis before I woke up again. That’s the only times I’ve had it- sorry it’s a long message.

i've had sleep paralysis before. i couldn't move and i couldn't scream but i wasn't trying to scream because i was more confused than scared. all of a sudden i started being lifted by these dark skinny tall black creatures with red eye and disfigured body's and faces. that's when i started panicking. Then i was thrown to the floor and i felt all the pain. And flashing jagged words appeared in my vision. They read: don't look at the windows. You'll never sleep again. That's when i woke up. On the floor in a cold sweat. I haven't told anyone about this until now. It was terrifying.

So I have sleep paralysis. Like Tyler, I have tried to control my dreams. And I was lucky enough to be able to do that. Because of that, I have developed some stages of sleep paralysis. But unlike pixie, I can actually control it. One trick that I found out to get out of sleep paralysis, is to start rubbing your eyes. I’m not too sure about the science of this, but your body will start to rub your eyes and just keep trying until you wake up. The same goes for nightmares. Since I have sleep paralysis, and the ability to control my dreams, most of the time of my sleep paralysis isn’t that scary. But sometimes it is. I actually had sleep paralysis this morning. And to add onto that, I was able to control my dreams this morning, but not my sleep paralysis.

I can lucid dream but BOI sometimes the sleep paralysis makes me want to stop. The worst paralysis happened to me when I was like 12 I was absolutely petrified of five nights at Freddys and guess what my sleep paralysis decided to hallucinate? Fnaf. Freaking freddy was standing over my bed LAUGHING while other animatronics where spazzing out around my bed. I was crying so much and couldn't sleep with the lights of for like 2 weeks. But then again it wasn't that much to pay for being able to lucid dream . It's fun to be a celebrity at night when my day has been tough xD. (Ps. I don't get freaked out by sleep paralysis anymore. Still is scary when it happen which is like 2-3 times a year.)

I had sleep paralysis once. I was having a nightmare out in the forest and woke up after I found my dog on the ground, his guts spilling out of his body. I opened my eyes and there was a hellhound at the end of my bed. It had a dark black pelt and red eyes, 2 heads. It almost resembled a giant boxer. It growled and slowly climbed up towards me, but I couldn’t move. It unhinges it’s jaws and took a bite towards me. That’s when I woke up, actually this time though. (It was by far the scariest thing I have ever seen) EDIT: I looked up what it means to see a Hellhound, and apparently it’s an omen for death, goodbye everyone 🤣

9:25 I think that's sleeping disorder cause I had that same thing about twice.. 10:00 I had sleep paralysis about 2 times and 1 of them which was the first one that I had was when I was dreaming and I was at school in the courtyard walking to my next class and their was people walking to their classes cause it was passing period and all of a sudden white fog starts to role in and all of a sudden everyone stops walking and their just frozen and I am to and then I try to move but I couldn't.. I didn't know what was going on...? and then in my dream the whole world turn side ways with me in it and I was freaked out.. and then my dream turned upside down and it was super foggy and I couldn't see anything and then that was when I started to wake up.. when I waked up I couldn't be able to move or talk.. my bones were tightened up really hard that's why I couldn't move because that's part of sleeping paralysis.. but It felt like there was something holding me down like their was someone on me.. so I started to look around without moving.. I used my eyes to look around the room and then.. I saw a black huge skinny shadow figure with long arms and a long body and it was skinny... It was right by my head leaning on something and was just looking at me and moving at the same time which was really scary.. *So I started thinking in my head that I was going to use all my strength in body to get up and then I did.. when I waked up and was moving I looked around the room and there was no one their... 😇 I'm a good fighter I don't go down without a fight* 😇

I only ever have sleep paralysis in the car, because thats when i sleep on my back (which is like,,, the easiest way to get it, i heard) and i never really hallucinate other beings, but since im usually in the car with my mom, i see her but with a distorted face? Its like, a black hole and kinda glitchy looking? And i also hear laughing? Its kinda creepy, but i can never wake up from it, so i usually give uo and go back to sleep

You guys should play airplane on roblox. It’s that camping, camping 2, and high school style game. I played it and I think it would make a great video and it’s really fun. 👍
