Billy, I'm happy I found your channel! I have a quick question about the variety of Norwegian spoken in Bergen. Since you've lived there for so long, do you find it easy to adjust to the Oslo accent? I myself am learning the Oslo variety and writing bokmål, but I feel I have to be aware of the nynorsk spelling as well. I mean I realize the Bergen area does officially use bokmål but to my ears the variety spoken there is still heavily influenced by the western coastal accents rather than eastern ones, so, truly it's probably a bit of a mix? What's your take?

It’s very regional.. there’s obviously slang in each region but Bergen dialect is totally different. Things like hva, is kva, and their speak a lot quicker. They also say they aren’t Norwegian they are Bergen.
