BERGMANN GTW 210 | Transfer Trailer for grain, maize and fertiliser | 21 m³ Capacity

The transfer trailer is the logistical link for transport between continuously running combines and the transport vehicles standing at the edge of the field, thus combining the advantages of soil-conserving, efficient field transport and speedy road transport. Its use ensures optimal utilization of the combine harvester through possible non-stop operation and contributes significantly to increasing harvest performance.
The BERGMANN transfer trailers can also be used for all other free-flowing products such as grain maize, CCM, rapeseed, etc., as well as seed and fertilizer for filling seed drills and fertilizer spreaders, in addition to driving off grain. They have a low center of gravity and thus offer maximum driving comfort - both in the field and on the road. Due to their low dead weight, all transfer trailers have a high payload.
The advantages:
✅ Unique and gentle on the product: A unique selling point is the feeder auger (ø 350 mm) with auger pitch increasing from the rear to the front (four different pitches).
✅ Extension of the range of applications with the optional TwinBunker split hopper system for simultaneous transport of two different products, e.g. seed and fertilizer.
✅ The special design of the hopper makes it possible to empty it completely without residual quantities.
✅ The metering device can be infinitely varied hydraulically as standard and thus optimally adapted to the material to be loaded. The overloading capacity can also be adjusted in this way.
✅ The transfer auger with a diameter of 400 mm achieves a transfer rate of approx. 400 t/h or 21 m³ in approx. 2.5 minutes.
