Try a quality split ring and swivel . That should help

Add a split ring to barrel swivel, that should fix your line twist issue. Tight lines.

You running at least 40lb braid?? Can’t use light line bud. Non of mine have ever done me that way with the proper line.

I bought 3 from one of my local Rual Kings around me. 105mm and two 90mm. All 3 of them sounded and acted great until after each one of them caught a single fish. After that it never ran true again. Rolling over or the tail was only half spinning and causing it to turn sideways. Not impressed compared to the River 2 Sea original. I think the lighter weight causes this effect in the mass production batch creation.

Well it's easy to slay fish in a pond or lake that gets stocked. Fishing in rivers is radically different.
