Consider "S+U Warschauer Straße" -> "East Side Gallery" -> "Oberbaumbrücke" -> "Spreeufer" -> "Elsenbrücke" -> "Treptower Park" -> "Plänterwald" "Hackescher Markt" -> "Monbijoupark" -> "Monbijoubrücke" -> "Am Kupfergraben" -> "S+U Friedrichsstraße" is also nice. Pick a Saturday or Sunday, so you can film the flea market at the Bode Museum.

I know the Alexander U-Bahn station like I know the back of my hand, and I remember that long walk to the U2, but because it was busy, it never seemed that long. Thanks for posting this.
