I admire how open and honest about your past eating disorder you are, it takes a lot of courage to talk about such a difficult topic! I also relate to having a hard time finding friends after moving- It’s tricky finding people as an adult :( but you are doing SUCH a good job as a momma and as a human navigating life after an eating disorder. 🌸💕 I hope your trip was so much fun you want to travel with her, and you want to travel blind 🕊️

Girl, you are amazing, there is not that much people that would find a courage to talk about such difficult topics like mental health which sadly is still kind of taboo. I admire you so much! Thank you for opening up about your mental health, it's so helpful to share these experiences. I used to live in Berlin too in my early 20s - Mauerpark is the best :) but it can also be a very intense, sometimes overwhelming city too. Same here, I moved around lots, it can be difficult when your friends are spread across different places. It's great you're still in touch with them despite not living close by anymore. Hope you have a great time in Poland :)
