Odd that I email OT about 2 months ago asking if they will add berlin ww soloist to SINE... Anyway, thank you OT for this, beautiful Oboe and English Horn!

Awesome that you finally put this one on sale, I think this is actually the very last OT library that I don't have yet but still wanted to get...

Gotta love those sounds! Are these virtual instruments adapted to wind synths (like an EWI or an aerophone) and other wind controllers?

the alto flute seems amazing! I want it (but maybe next big sales) Also, can this library control vibrato?

Sounds nice! What reverb plugin did you add for the video?

One year and not an answer to this easy question? Really?

Hi.. This is amazing.. I don't know much about sine player.. Is micro tuning possible (like in Kontakt; script editor) ?? Thanks..

(I meant micro-tonal ability, to create microtonal scales)

I think you aren't getting an answer because the answer is no.

@@trombonzen Scala file import for scale tuning would be a great addition to Sine yes, it's very useful in Kontakt.

Unfortunately, I have purchased a few products for Sine player in the last year and the Sine Player is just too awkward, difficult to navigate, and unresponsive in my DAW for me to buy another. I understand others may have a different experience.

I've actually stopped using OT libraries because of their lackluster UI. I miss the days of Kontakt... Unfortunately nowadays everyone is trying to use their own proprietary engines.
@mportraiture3 жыл бұрын
@@brockbah2048 I understand why they do it, to reap the full profit from their hard work - and the OT folks do amazing work. Unfortunately, we get caught in the middle, and I too find myself avoiding products I've purchased because they tend to interrupt my workflow. I literally ask myself each time, is it going to be worth the extra time? Sometimes the answer is yes - their products sound that good. But too often the answer is no.

I really think the UI could use way more polish than it is right now, but thankfully my experience with the plugin has been great and the mic merging option has saved me lots of headaches, the change from Kontakt to Sine was worth it for me only for that feature.
@Nicdehouwer3 жыл бұрын
Yes, but SINE allows me to buy individual instruments. That is one hell of a feature, not found in Kontakt..
@mportraiture3 жыл бұрын
@@Nicdehouwer How a company chooses to package collections has little to do with format. I agree OT's system of allowing customers to purchase instruments a la carte through SINE adds some flexibility to customer choice. However the cost of individual instruments is very much at a premium and presently appears to offer no path to purchase the full collection later on, other than at full price, regardless of how much of the collection has been purchased.

Is there a way to do a glissando with the clarinet?
@Orchestral-Tools3 жыл бұрын
There's no specific glissando articulation, but some people create glissandos by drawing in a curve of notes and then MIDI quantizing to scale

@@Orchestral-Tools Thank you for your reply. So would this respond at all to the pitch bend wheel?

Is there a repeat note key or retounging of the same note?
@Orchestral-Tools3 жыл бұрын
Hi - with the 'legato transition to same note', for OT it’s just a standard interval +0 that is always recorded and implemented in every legato patch of every instrument. So the answer is 'yes'.

This sounds good but Sine needs more time in the oven. Another year or two and it should be decent.
