Definitiv. Die beste Ecke Berlins..viel grün, viel See/Fluss und wenig Mensch. Kennt kaum jemand...außer die Immobilienbranche. :D

Here its not car crowded or chocked with traffic - different in Switzerland streets

I notice the tram drivers are very observant of people on the street. And treat them with respect. Not so in America.
