Nice bit of quality entry-level tinkering, the sort that always happens once you get a new car. Drop everything and address lots of minor issues. One hint for the mirror would be to squeeze some glue into the case to stop rattling of the broken bits then fix the new trim with a combo of glue and silicone sealant to keep rainwater out of the clip holes.

The issue with the washer jets on the wiper arm is that washer fluid can leak out of the pipe connections inside the motor housing where it passes through the motor and thus seize the motor, changed that to using a later after market motor and drilling a hole to take a washer jet on the outside so it can spray the screen. And yes your vehicle is pre facelift so the roofbars feet sit in the small welded on roof lugs and not on the later style aerodeck bars but they are great vehicles and some say more reliable than the later HDI engines.
