A few months following Pacs win over Morales (which was a highly anticipated rematch), Zahirm lost to Frietas at 135, then moved up to jr. welterweight in his next fight. Pac was still at 130 until moving to 135 in 2008. Not sure if that's a. I would have liked to see that fight as well as a fight w/ Nate Campbell instead of Diaz.

It's nothing to do with race, it's the slick style that the likes of Mosley and Mayweather have, the style instilled by their trainers, (Brother Nazim and Roger Mayweather), the way they learned to fight, even Mosley, Roach would not let Manny fight Mosley, when Mosley came to the Widcard asking what it would take to get the fight, Roach replied, you'd have to make 142lbs! The AA Slick style is no longer dominant because very few fighters know how to fight that way..look at the Argentinian who beat Paul Williams...Ironically, it was he who adopted the AA Style beating a AA who fights like a Mexican. Judah was never really slick..more of a boxer brawler. Calzeghe (spelled wrong) dominated for years with that style..so too is Lucian Bute..and alas Mayweather who remains undefeated.

He was over the hill at that point in his career, he was retired for two years. Of course he went in there expecting to win, but he didn't. Louis, Ali, Leonard.
