How do you manage governance especially around private data? For example if an insurance agent wanted to get access to a patients data, how does the agent get permission to get the data it needs and only that data and nothing else? Surely there has to be policies in place safeguarding the patient and what data is exposed to the agent!

He kind of answered though vaguely. He said it's complex to build agents that are trusted. He mentioned that already established business logic to ensure trust. Essentially I think you can consider an agent like an employee. So it's already a complex issue when dealing with medical data. It's inherently risky already. Sensitive data, "trusted" employees. Reality is it is already not being handled properly at times. In a lot of ways, privacy is already dead unfortunately.
