@@raulh5008 He'd have more protagonism. People praise Pep as the best, but on an individual level, players have to adhere to their roles on the field a bit too strictly. If you watch Bernardo at Monaco he was their best player (yes, even with Mbappe etc) and everyone saw him as the best player in the league. He had much more freedom and was much more Messi-esque. Same with Mahrez, Grealish and other players. Once they are in that Pep system....a bit of their freedom is cut off. They can't fully express themselves.
