Masteries for the champs used in bg would be the same for ones in the same deck. So, either both att/def runs recoil, or they both don’t

Be careful dude. It's 2023. On the off chance you're wrong, don't be surprised if someone sends you a cease and decist notice and possibly even sues you for defamation of character. Without hard evidence, that's all this really is. Accusations that are defaming the person's character. Just a heads up. The same law still applies with video games. As you're still talking about the person themselves being cheaters. It's 2023. You never know! We see it all these days. Edit: Note that if you're right then you're in the clear. But it's on you to prove that they're guilty, not up to them to prove innocence. But yeah... You don't have to worry. It's highly unlikely anyone will say anything.

Publicly accusing someone of cheating, of theft, of extortion, of rape, of assault, that they did not do is defamation. That's why even when news stations are repeating information they were given from someone else. They always add the word "allegedly". That way they can't be held liable for defamation, because they never made the accusations absolute. This is literally defamation. You're a cheater. You're a woman abuser. Whatever. They're all the same. The accused can end up banned. They can end up with a bad public image. Whatever. Also. I'm not saying they're not cheaters, just that I don't know. And if the accusations is false, it's literally defamation of character.
