Soccer, Football and Baseball (for example) are known for cheaters and bad sportsmanship in nearly every game, whereas skating, that almost never seems to be the case. There may be less pressure in a game of skate but that doesn't change the attitude of the community as a whole compared to other sports

Cole got incredible form. Very practical and efficient movement with not much unnecessary flare. His upper body seems to always stay right above the board. You could just see how much experience and confidence he has watching how crisp his tricks are.

5:51 This must be the first time in BATB history when a missed trick has been counted as a make. Not even a redo, wtf? Mad respect to both skaters and this will be one of the best BABB games for sure, but the judging on this trick was a mistake. Maybe it's the angle, and maybe Felipe thought the back foot was in the air after it slipped off the board? But it def slipped onto the ground and made a push, exactly what happened on 6:25.

Mark was way too nice. He could’ve easily taken Chris out at any moment, but he kept going back to the standard ramp up tricks. Even refused to do his death blow early. If Mark was on the other side of the bracket this may have been the finals night game.
